loved every moment of it
delicious food beautiful pools
the staff was lovely, and the pools were beautiful. the food WAS delicious, and i found lots to do around the hotel, including water polo. the night entertainment was soooooo good. animation team made our holiday come true. gokhan.
i wish the coffee was free daily. they advertise IT as an ultra all inclusive, but there ARE no branded drinks unless you pay extra. we CAN only get tea and coffee capsules for your arrival, otherwise €10 per day.

the guest services team assisted with every request i had. the staff members are polite and they helped us with directions. the hotel manager knew everyone in our family by name.

the resort had a privat sand beach. plenty of chairs above the water. the kids liked the mini club. a BIG water slide exists. the rooms feature robes and slippers for added comfort.

it IS just a short ride from the airport. the hotel offers easy access to local attractions. this resort offers fine views of the sea from every restaurant on the hotel.

uncomfortable chairs sewage smell
i found value for money to be acceptable, i had hoped for more.
the gym smelled like sewage, walking past. at the restaurant, smoking was allowed, it really bothered me. chairs were really uncomfortable, they are more for balconies, and they scratched my legs.

i enjoyed the easy accessibility. zarina in guest relations was helpful. she gave excellent service. i appreciated her friendliness. she.
the ultra all-inclusive fell short. the buffet was repetitive. it featured uninspired local dishes. i found the ingredients low-quality.
